Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay, B.Sc. (Hons), CA, has been the Group Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Member of Executive Council at Thermax Ltd. since October 14, 2013. Mr. Mukhopadhyay serves as a Company Secretary of HV Axles Ltd.

He served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited (TACO). He is the Consultant at Aircel Cellular Limited since January 2012. He has 17 years of experience and has worked in all facets of financial management, supply chain management and general management.

He worked closely with international consultants in turnaround and transformation exercises. He joined TACO in August 2007. He served as an Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Thermax Ltd.

He served as a Telecom Consultant at Huawei. Mr. Mukhopadhyay also served as the Head of the water and chemicals business. He served as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director at Automotive Stampings & Assemblies Ltd. from April 28, 2010 to October 18, 2013.
