Mr. Rakesh Khurmi has been the Chief Financial Officer of Adlabs Entertainment Limited since October 01, 2014. Mr. Khurmi is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of Adlabs Entertainment Limited which includes responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Mr. Khurmi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tikona Digital Networks Pvt., Ltd and served as its Chief Financial Controller. He has approximately over two decades of experience in debt syndication, private equity, business planning, accounts, revenue assurance and risk and compliance management. He has worked with various organizations - Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Bharti Infotel Limited), Reliance Communications Ltd. (Reliance Infocom Limited), Spice Communications, Hutchison Max Telecom, bplnet.com Limited and Nestle India Ltd. Mr. Khurmi has exposure of working in various telecom vertical - Mobile, Fixed Line, Paging, ISP Broadband, and Long distance businesses, in the areas of Financial reporting, Business Planning, Project Finance, Revenue Assurance and Risk and Compliance management. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Punjab University. Mr. Khurmi holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Punjab University and Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).
