Mr. Sudhir Jain, FCA, ACS serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Minda Industries Ltd., and served as its Head of Corporate Business and Corporate Business Head. Mr. Jain serves as the Head of Corporate Business and Executive Director of NK Minda Group. Mr. Jain served as Head of Finance and Planning for Minda Industries Ltd. He served as Head of Finance and Planning functions of NK Minda Group and has more than 25 years of experience.
He heads all strategic planning for sustainable growth as well as vetting all strategic alliances and business valuation activities. He is Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
