Mr. Anish K. Chandaria, B.A. (Eco), MBA has been the Managing Director of Aegis Logistics Limited since March 31, 2008 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 1, 2013 and also serves as its Non Independent Executive Director.

Mr. Chandaria serves as a Director for Hindustan Aegis LPG Bottling Co. Ltd. and Tapi Finvest (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has been a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Sea Lord Containers Ltd. since September 25, 2006.

Mr. Chandaria holds MBA and B A in Economics from Wharton University and is a Graduate in Management from University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

Mr. Anish K. Chandaria is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Non Independent Director of Aegis Logistics Limited since 2013. He is associated with the Company since 1990 and is a Director of the Company since 2003.

He has contributed in the growth of the company, He is also Director on the Board of few Indian companies. He is Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and an Masters of Business Administration from Wharton University with international exposure, Furthermore, he represents promoter group having substantial stake in the Company.
