Mr. Ganesh served as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Godrej Consumer Products Limited from June 13, 2008 to March 31, 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Commercial until March 31, 2015.
Mr. Ganesh was responsible for compliance with the various clauses of the listing agreement, SEBI guidelines and or any other statutory regulations as may be applicable. He served as Vice President of Finance & Commercial at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. since June 13, 2008.
