Mr. Sudhir V. Valia is a fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and carries more than two decades of taxation and finance experience. In addition to being on the board of directors of a number of companies, he is also on the Board of Directors of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited.

Mr. Valia joined Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in 1994, prior to which he was in private taxation practice.Mr. Sudhir Vrundavandas Valia has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Limited since July 31, 2014.

Mr. Valia has been Director of Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., since September 20, 2010. Mr. Valia has been Whole-Time Director of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited since February 11, 2005 and is responsible for finance, commercial, operations, projects and quality control.

Mr. Valia has been a Director of Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories Ltd., since 1997 and since. He serves as a Director of Lakshdeep Investments & Finance Pvt Ltd. He has been a Whole-Time Director of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Limited since July 31, 2014. Mr. Valia is a Qualified Chartered Accountant in India.

Prior to December 1993, Mr. Valia was a Chartered Accountant in private practice. He is a Chartered Accountant of Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.
