Mr. Sunil Nalavadi serves as Chief Financial Officer of VRL Logistics Ltd.
Mr. Nalavadi served as Chief Accounts Officer of VRL Logistics Ltd. Mr. Nalavadi joined VRL Logistics on April 1, 2005 and presently is in charge of accounts, finance and taxation matters of it. His responsibilities includes finalization and publication of accounts and attending the taxation matters.
He was employed with M/s H. K. Veerabhadrappa and Co. as Senior Manager (Audit) from June 1, 2003 to March 31, 2005 and was responsible for Statutory audit and Internal Audits of corporate, banks and advisor to the taxation matters.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnataka University and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
