Mr. Arun Kumar Kapoor has been the Chief Executive Officer of Dish TV India Limited since November 23, 2015. Mr. Kapoor served as Chief Executive Officer of Taj Television India Private Limited. Mr. Kapoor served as the Chief Executive Officer of Distribution Businesses at Essel Group. Mr. Kapoor served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dish TV India Ltd. from November 1, 2006 to June 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Media Pro Enterprise Ltd.

He was with Hutchison Essar, South, where he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Punjab circle. He has worked in companies like McDowell’s, Herbertsons, Gillette, Pepsi, Spice Telecom, Airtel, Hutchison Max (now Vodafone), Dish TV, Reliance, Zee Entertainment and Media Pro Enterprises. He has over 30 years of multifaceted experience across diverse industries as liquor, soft drinks, packaged food products, men’s toiletries, writing instruments, telecom, BPO, DTH, cable & media aggregation. He was instrumental in setting up and managing operations for the Bharti Group/ Spice Cell and lately for Hutch for the Punjab circle.

He served as an Additional Director of Siti Cable Network Limited from April 22, 2009 to July 12, 2011. Mr. Kapoor is a management graduate from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai. He holds a B.Com ( Honours ) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai.
