Mr. Ramdas M. Gandhi is an Advocate and Solicitor. Mr. Gandhi enrolled as an Attorney at law in the High Court of Mumbai in 1956. He served as the Partner in a leading law firm in India namely M/s. Bhaishanker Kanga & Girdharlal and of M/s. Manilal Kher Ambalal & Co. He has been an Independent Director at Aarti Industries Ltd. since January 29, 1990. Mr. Gandhi has been a Non-Executive & Independent Director of Unichem Laboratories Limited since February 28, 1985. He has been a Non-Executive Independent Director of Aarti Drugs Limited since December 31, 2005. He serves as a Director of Pidilite Industries Ltd., Puru Investments & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and Vinyl Chemicals Limited. Mr. Gandhi holds a Masters degree in law from University of Bombay.
