Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain, aged 57 years, is our Chairman and Managing Director and a Promoter of our Company.

He holds a bachelor's degree in arts. Prior to founding our Company, he was engaged in the business of providing integrated construction services for infrastructure sector through PNC Construction Company, a sole proprietorship firm at Agra, which had been in existence since 1989, which business was acquired by our Company in 2000 and 2001.

He has over 37 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector and allied areas. He has been a Director on our Board since incorporation and was last re-appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company with effect from October 1, 2011.

His current responsibilities include overall administration and supervision of projects and liaison with Government and non-Government agencies.
