Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, aged 50 years, is our Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, as well as a Promoter of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from University of Agra in 1985 and bachelor's degree in law from University of Agra in 1988.

He has over 27 years of experience in development of infrastructure sector, such as, construction of highways, airports, rail over bridges among others.

He has been a Director on our Board since incorporation and was last re-appointed as a Managing Director of our Company with effect from September 11, 2014. His current responsibilities include overall financial and project management and administration.

Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain has been Managing Director of PNC Infratech Ltd., since October 1, 2011 and also serves its Promoter. Mr. Jain served as Chief Financial Officer from September 22, 2014 to February 10, 2015.

Mr. Jain is responsible for overall financial and project management and administration of PNC Infratech. He has over 20 years of experience in development of infrastructure sector, such as, construction of highways, airports, rail over bridges among others.

 He has been a Non-Independent Whole time Director of PNC Infratech Ltd., since November 27, 2006. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Agra University in 1985 and Bachelor of Law degree from Agra University in 1988.
