Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain, aged 52 years, is a Whole-time Director and a Promoter of our Company. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in arts from the University of Agra in 2007.

He has over 28 years of experience in industries such as construction, cold storage transportation, machineries and transport organization. He has been a Director on our Board since February 2006 and was last re-appointed as a whole-time Director of our Company with effect from October 1, 2012.

His current responsibilities include supervision of administration, human resources and legal and logistics-related functions in our Company.

Mr. Naveen Kumar Jain serves as been Whole Time Non Independent Director of PNC Infratech Ltd. since April 1, 2008. Mr. Jain serves as Director of PNC Cold Storage Private Limited; and Shri Mahaveer Infrastructure Private Limited.

He has over 22 years of experience in industries such as construction, cold storage transportation etc. Mr. Jain has experience of construction, machineries and transport organisation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Agra University.
