Mr. Anant Vardhan Goenka has been the Managing Director at CEAT Limited since April 01, 2012. Mr. Goenka serves as a Member of Management Board at RPG Enterprises Limited. Mr. Goenka served as Deputy Managing Director of CEAT Limited from January 4, 2010 to March 31, 2012. He joined KEC International Limited as Vice President (Corporate) and was in charge of the telecom business, business development in North America and Integrated planning and monitoring of Transmission and Distribution Business. He served as Executive Director of Supply chain at KEC International Limited. Prior to KEC International Limited, he was an associated with CEAT Limited as Head of Speciality Tyre Business.

Mr. Goenka has also worked with Hindustan Unilever, Accenture, Mumbai and Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong. He serves as Director of Raychem RPG Private Limited. He has been Director of STEL Holdings Ltd. since September 17, 2010. He has been Director of Sentinel Tea & Exports Ltd. since September 17, 2010. He serves as an Executive Non Independent Director at CEAT Limited. Mr. Goenka served as an Additional Director of CEAT Limited since December 21, 2009. Mr. Goenka holds an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc in Economics from the Wharton School.
