Mr. Shekhar S. Khanolkar has been the Managing Director of Navin Fluorine International Ltd., since January 1, 2011.

Mr. Khanolkar served as President of Fluorochemicals at Navin Fluorine International Ltd., from November 7, 2008 to January 1, 2011. Mr. Khanolkar served as Chief Executive of Functional Polymers of BASF India Ltd. for 7 years.

He has 16 years of experience. He has been Director of Navin Fluorine International Ltd. since July 1, 2008. Mr. Shekhar holds a B.E. MMS degrees.

Mr. Khanolkar is the Managing Director and has over 22 years of experience in various reputed Indian and multinational organisations.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree from Pune university and holds a degree in Masters of Management Studies (MMS) from University of Mumbai. He has completed Advanced Management Programme at the Harvard Business School, USA.
