Mr. D. Seetharamaiah, B.Com, FCA is a Senior Partner of M/s Brahmayya & Co. Mr. Seetharamaiah has vast experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts and Industry. He served as the President of The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd. from April 28, 2002 to January 06, 2004. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Jeevan Softech Ltd. He serves as an Independent & Non-Executive Chairman of Heritage Foods (India) Ltd. He served as the Chairman of TTD. He serves as a Director of Heritage Finlease Ltd.

He has been an Independent & Non-Executive Director at Heritage Foods (India) since August 26, 1992. He serves as a Director of Skil Raigam Power India Ltd. He has been a Director of Tera Software Ltd., since September 27, 2005. He served as Director of Tera Software Ltd. until September 30, 2014. He is a Member in many other institutions like HSE, AP Chapter of Chamber of Commerce. He was Director of APIDC and APSFC. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Seetharamaiah has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the Andhra University.
