Mr. Bibhu Prasad Rath serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Ortel Communications, Ltd. Mr. Rath served as Executive Vice President of Ortel Communications Ltd.

Mr. Rath is instrumental in the strategic decision making processes in Ortel Communications Ltd. He served as the Head of Business Development and Corporate Development of Ortel Communications Ltd.

He has been with Ortel Communications, Ltd. since October 1, 1999. He previously worked at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited in finance, MIS and commercial. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from Utkal University.

He is also a qualified cost and works accountant from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
