Mr. Pradeep is a practicing Chartered Accountant with 25 years of standing and specialized in the areas of Direct Taxes, consultant, advisor to various group of Industries and Multinational Companies in India.

3) 8"' Rank in Final C.A.

4) Secured Presidents' Felicitation for scoring 100 out of 100 in Advanced Accountancy in Final C.A for the first time in the history of C.A. This record is un broken till date.

5) Represented India in World Moot Court Competition held at New York in 1985 and secured 2nd Prize for the Country among the 28 Countries participated. The performance has been by far the best from participating Indian Teams.

6) Visited CHICAGO ON INVITATION by the American Society of International Law to be member of the panel of judges for International Law Competition. Club Membership:Karnataka Golf Association Karnataka Badminton Association Karnataka State Cricket Association Century Club Consultant and Representing various group of Industries and Multi National Company in India. Regularly appear before Income tax Appellate Tribunal, Settlement Commission etc.,. The practice largely consists of Tax Litigation.
