Mr. Salil Singhal

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Salil Singhal has been the Chairman of PI Industries Ltd. since July 01, 2007 and serves as its Managing Director. Mr. Singhal served as the Managing Director of PI Industries Ltd. from July 1, 2007 to December 2009. He serves as the Chairman of Secure Meters Ltd. and Wolkem India Ltd. He serves as an Independent Director of Somany Ceramics Limited.

He has been an Independent Non Executive Director at Usha Martin Limited since May 12, 2009. He serves as a Director for PI Industries Ltd. He served as the Chairman of the Northern Region at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was the Chairman of Crop Care Foundation (erstwhile Pesticides Association of India) for 17 years. He was subsequently elected as the Chairman Emeritus for life by the members of the Foundation.

He was also the past Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Northern Region. He serves as the Chairman of the National Council of SMEs of CII and is a member of National Council of CII. He serves as a Director of Lake Palace Motels Pvt. Ltd., Historic Resort Hotels Pvt. Ltd and PLL Finance & Investment Ltd. Mr. Singhal is a graduate from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
