After having gained industrial experience of over 11 years, he joined Sagar Cements as its Technical Consultant in 2002 and was inducted in the Board as a Whole-time Director.

He has also promoted Sagarsoft (India) Ltd., of which he is presently the Managing Director.

Mr. Sammidi Sreekanth Reddy, B.E. (I & P), served as the Managing Director of Sagarsoft India Ltd. Mr. Reddy serves as the Chairman of Sagarsoft India Ltd., and has been its Non Executive and Non-independent Director since July 15, 1996.

He is a Cement Technologist. He has been an Executive Director of Sagar Cements Ltd. since July 2008. Mr. Reddy served as a Whole Time Director at Sagar Cements Ltd. from June 24, 2003 to July 2008.

He serves as a Director of Sagar Priya Housing & Industrial Enterprises Ltd and Sagar Power Ltd. Mr. Reddy holds B.E. degree (I & P)and PG Diploma in Cement Technology.
