Mr. C. L. Raheja, 74, is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is a law graduate from Mumbai. Mr. Raheja has extensive experience with the real estate, hospitality and retail industries across India. He has been involved in real estate development for more than four decades. Under his leadership, K. Raheja Corp Group has built residential and commercial buildings, hotels and malls throughout India. His vision and foresight enabled K, Raheja Corp to develop Mindspace, an integrated township, with commercial, retail and residential developments at Malad, Mumbai. Similar developments are now being carried out in Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore and other cities across India.
