Mr. Pawan Kedia

Finance Director

Mr. Pawan Kumar Kedia is a Bachelor of Commerce with a Diploma in Taxation. 

He posses an experience of about 25 years in various companies. He started his career as an Article clerk in M/s C. L. Saraf & Co and then worked as Commercial Manager in M/s Vishnu Straw Board and Indana Group for five to ten years respectively. 

Before joining the company in 1998, he worked with M/s Khaitan India Limited as Internal Auditor for two years.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Kedia, B.Com, FICWA, DBM, CS (Inter) has been Finance Director of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited since September 15, 2003. Mr. Kedia serves as Head of Central Procurement Cell and Group President of Commercial Strategy at JSW Steel Ltd.

He served as a Group President of Commercial at JSW Steel Ltd., and also served as its Group Senior Vice President of Commercial. He served as a Vice President of Commercial at Essar Steel Ltd.

He has been Director of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited since September 15, 2003.
