Mr. Naresh Jalan leads a team of 1500 nos employees based in India, at Jamshedpur near Kolkata. These investments will accelerate RKFL’s growth and at the same time it will be beneficial for all the customers, employees and stakeholders.           

Mr. Naresh Jalan believes and advocates a customer-centric approach that has filtered down to every decision and action in RKFL.

His decision style is much evident in the management processes at RKFL an open culture, participative management practices, innovation, continuous improvement, speedy response, empowerment of individuals and enjoyment of one’s job and contribution to the continued growth to make it the best in the country.

Mr. Naresh Jalan has been Managing Director of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited since November 5, 2006 and serves as its Director.
