Mr. Mofatraj P. Munot serves as President of Maharashtra Chamber at Housing Industry (MCHI). Mr. Munot is the Founder and Chairman of Kalpataru Group. He founded Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. He served as the Managing Director at Caprihans India Ltd. from 1992 to 1997. He has over 46 years of experience in the field of Real Estate and Property Development, Civil Contracting & various Industries.

He has been an Executive Chairman of Kalpataru Ltd. since October 1, 2010. Mr. Munot serves as Chairman of Kalpataru Construction Overseas Private Limited. He serves as the Chairman of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. and has been its Director since June 27, 1989. Mr. Munot serves as the Chairman of Caprihans India Ltd and has been its Non-Executive Director since May 28, 1986.

He serves as a Director of Agile Real Estate Private Limited. He served as a Director of Rajratan Global Wire Limited until October 22, 2011. Mr. Munot served as Independent Non Executive Director of Sharyans Resources Limited until June 21, 2007.
