Mr. Ravi Parthasarathy served as Managing Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. Mr. Parthasarathy has been with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. since 1989. He has the responsibility for all operations of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd since the commencement of its operations in 1988. He serves as the Managing Director of IL&FS Securities Services Ltd. He served as the Managing Director of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, a subsidiary of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS). He has long and rich experience in handling as well as developing various infrastructure projects on commercially viable formats including financial services segment for over three decades. He also has experience of working with private sector companies like 20th Century Finance Corporation Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited since joining it in 1987. Prior to that, he gained exposure to merchant banking as well as corporate banking functions at Citibank N.A. He serves as the Chairman of IL&FS Cluster Development Initiatives Limited, IL&FS Education & Technology Services Limited, IL&FS Energy Development Company Limited, IL&FS Financial Services Limited, IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, IL&FS Maritime Infrastructure Company Limited and IL&FS Skill Development Corporation Limited. He has been the Chairman of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited since May 2006.He has been the Chairman of IL&FS Investsmart Ltd. since March 9, 2004. He served as the Chairman of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd. until November 14, 2011. He served as the Chairman of HSBC InvestDirect (India) Ltd. from March 9, 2004 to September 2008.
He served as a Vice Chairman and Director of IL&FS Securities Services Ltd. He served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited. He served as Vice Chairman of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited since 1994 and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd. since 1989. He serves as a Director of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited, IL&FS Capital Advisors Limited and Reliance Haryana SEZ Limited. He serves as a Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd., IL&FS Education and Technology Services Ltd., IL&FS Investsmart Ltd., Tamil Nadu Road Development Co.
