Non-executive and Independent Director

Mr. Pradeep Kapoor, 69 years, is a non-executive and independent Director on our board. He joined the Company in August 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal University. He has been associated with the infrastructure industry, especially engineering, manufacturing and construction industry for approx. 45 years. Under his leadership a number of cement plants, mineral processing plants, and infrastructure projects have been constructed. He has been the Managing Director and CEO of Trafalgar House Construction Limited, Managing Director and CEO of FL Smidth Limited, Vice-chairman/Managing director/CEO of ABG Cement Limited and of ABG Energy Limited. He also has been the Chairman of Fuller Infotech Private Limited, Director of FLS Automation Private Limited. He also has been the CEO of Dosdal Limited and of Sanghi Industries Limited. 69 years, is a non-executive and independent Director on our board. He joined the Company in August 2007. Mr. Pradeep Kapoor served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ABG Cement Ltd. Mr. Kapoor served as the Managing Director of ABG Engineering and Constructions Limited. He had been associated with the cement industry for more than 40 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dodsal Limited. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Sanghi Industries Limited until September 30, 2006. In the past he was associated with one of the subsidiaries of Trafalgar House, U.K, Chairman of Fuller Infotech Private Limited. Mr. Kapoor has been a Non-Executive & Independent Director of eClerx Services Limited since August 11, 2007. He served as a Director of ABG Cement Ltd. since 2006. He served as a Director of ABG Energy Private Limited. He served as Whole Time Director of Sanghi Industries Limited until September 30, 2006. He served as a Director of FLS Automotion India Private Limited. Mr. Kapoor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal University.
