Mr. Premchand Godha, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. He is also a first generation entrepreneur. He was in professional practice for five years before joining the company.

Mr. Godha is a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company since 31^st October, 1975 and has been the Managing Director of the company since March 1983. He has 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Under his leadership, the company has made tremendous growth in all spheres of activities and has brought Ipca to the forefront of the Indian Pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Premchand Godha, CA, B.Com., A.C.A., has been the Managing Director of Ipca Laboratories Limited since 1983 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Godha was in professional practice for five years before joining Ipca Laboratories Ltd.

Under his leadership Ipca Laboratories Ltd. has made tremendous growth in all spheres of activities and has brought Ipca to the forefront of the Indian Pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Godha has been Chairman at Ipca Laboratories Limited since January 2012. Mr. Godha has been the Chairman of the Board of Ipca Laboratories Ltd., since January 31,2012.

He served as the Chairman at IM+ Capitals Limited (Brescon Advisors & Holdings Limited) until February 14, 2013 and served as its Non Executive Director from February 8, 1992 to February 14, 2013. He serves as a Director of Kaygee Investments Pvt. Ltd. and AB Corporation Ltd. Mr. Godha has been a Director of Ipca Laboratories Ltd., since 1975.

He serves as a Director of Vasant Investment Corporation Ltd. He served as an Independent Director of IndusInd Bank Limited from October 31, 2006 to August 2011. Mr. Godha is a Chartered Accountant and a first generation entrepreneur.
