Managing Director

Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad one of our Promoters, is the Managing Director (Executive Non-Independent Director) of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai. Prior to setting up our Company, he was associated with leading media houses of India such as Zee Group and Indian Express Group. He is a recipient of the Maxell – Maharashtra Corporate Excellence Awards, 2014 for Excellence in Innovation. 

Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad is the Founder of UFO Moviez India Limited and has been its Managing Director since October 17, 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gaikwad is the Founder of Valuable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and serves as its Managing Director. He is the Founder of Valuable Media Private Limited.

Mr. Gaikwad served as the President of Technology and New Projects at Zee and was responsible for conceptualized and implemented high technology projects such as Broadband Access to residential users over secured Cable Modem (HFC) Technology. He spearheaded digitization and CAS initiative of Zee Group.

His real success and entrepreneur vision was distinctly visible when he conceived the idea of online lottery and successfully operationalised 'Playwin'- India's first online lottery, as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gaikwad started his own business in 2003, after a rich and broad spectrum of corporate experience spanning over 15 years.

He serves as Director of Valuable Media Private Limited. Mr. Gaikwad has been an Executive Director of UFO Moviez India Limited since October 17, 2013. He has been a Director at BCL Forgings Ltd. since September 2009.

Mr. Gaikwad serves as Director of Valuable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Gaikwad is a qualified Engineer. Mr. Gaikwad has earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai and a Master's Degree in Business Management from Mumbai University.
