Mr. Kapil Agarwal is the Joint Managing Director (Executive Non-Independent Director) of our Company. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has been associated as a Board member with our Company since 2005. He took over the responsibilities of day to day operations of the Company as Joint Managing Director on March 1, 2009.

In his previous assignments, he was associated with leading industrial houses such as Modi Group, , Apollo Tyres, and British Gas. He is the recipient of CA Business Leader – SME Sector, awarded for exceptional performance and achievement by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Kapil Kumar Agarwal has been a Joint Managing Director of UFO Moviez India Limited since March 1, 2009. Mr. Agarwal has been at Apollo group for about three years and has been spearheading it forays in to new ventures.

He has more than 20 years of rich experience of working with big Indian industrial houses like Modis, Apollo Tyres Group and British Gas. He is creative in developing and implementing timely cost effective solutions and strong at developing, promoting and implementing ideas with focus and drive.

He is responsible for the formulating the overall business strategy and also provides his management input for the overall growth of Media business. He has been a Director of UFO Moviez India Limited since October 17, 2008 and Valuable Technologies Ltd. Mr. Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

He is a result oriented strategic thinker with initiative, enterprise and penchant for action.
