Ms. Lynn De Souza is an Independent Director (Non-Executive) of our Company since Nov 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in management studies, specialising in marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai.

She is also a certified veterinary nurse from TAFE, Brisbane Australia. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Lintas India Private Limited.s.

Lynn Antionette De Souza served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lintas Media Group. Ms. de Souza serves as the Chairman of Lintas Initiative Outdoor Advertising Private Limited. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of UFO Moviez India Limited since November 20, 2014.

Mr. Lynn A. Desouza is Independent Director at UFO Moviez India Ltd.

He is on the Board of Directors at UFO Moviez India Ltd. and Scrabble Entertainment Ltd.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai and a graduate degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
