Ashish Malushte

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ashish Malushte, aged 39, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a certified Chartered Accountant.

He has been associated with our Company since 2005. Prior to joining our Company he was associated with Voltas Limited, Global Telesystems Limited and BG Broadband India Private Limited.

Mr. Ashish Malushte serves as Chief Financial Officer - UFO at Valuable Technologies Ltd. Mr. Malushte has been the Chief Financial Officer of UFO Moviez India Limited since August 5, 2014 and served as its Vice President of Finance and Accounts.

Mr. Malushte is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has over nine years of experience and his areas of expertise are corporate finance, fund raising, accounts, taxation, internal audit and general management.

Mr. Malushte has over nine years of experience. His areas of expertise are corporate finance, fund raising, accounts, taxation, internal audit and general management. In his previous assignment, he was part of the Senior Management at Iqara Telecoms - a British Gas Group Company.

He served with Iqara Telecoms, and was part of the Senior Management, where he served as Head of Operations, successfully established and expanded its business in Mumbai right from inception stage. Mr. Malushte also served with GTL Limited and Voltas Ltd.
