Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Indian Operations

Mr. Rajesh Mishra, aged 48, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Indian Operations of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and is a certified Chartered Accountant. He has been associated with our Company since 2006.

He was previously associated with Mak Television Network Limited, Zee Telefilms Limited and Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited.Mr. Rajesh Mishra has been the Chief Executive Officer of Indian Operations at UFO Moviez India Limited since August 5, 2014.

Mr. Mishra joined the UFO India and is working on the Digital Cinema project. His core areas are Business and Brand Development, Marketing and Operations.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Films and Television industry. He started his career with a leading film production company and then joined the Zee Network where he served as General Manager - Legal and Commercial.

After leaving Zee, he started his own television production company and later on moved to Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd (Times of India Group) as General Manager of Corporate affairs. Here he handled Strategic Alliances and Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Mishra is a Chartered Accountant.
