Mr. Pradeep Dinodia is a Senior Partner of S.R. Dinodia & Co. Mr. Dinodia is a leading Chartered Accountant and Taxation Expert. He serves as the Chairman at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. He has been an Independent Director at DFM Foods since March 8, 1994. He serves as a Director of Hero Honda Motors Ltd. and Shriram Piston & Rings Ltd.

He serves as a Director of Hero Corporate Service Limited. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. since July 18, 1994, JK Lakshmi Cement Limited since March 2009 and of Hero MotoCorp Limited since January 30, 2006. He served as a Director of Bharat Seats Ltd. from June 4, 2008 to January 23, 2009.

He served as Director of Waterbase Limited until May 12, 2006. He served as a Director of an Independent Director of RSWM Limited from September 14, 2005 to January 27, 2009 and served as its Additional Director since March 9, 2005. A graduate in Economics (Hons), Delhi University, Mr. Dinodia holds LLB Degree from Delhi University and F.C.A. from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He received R.V.K. Umarjee Gold Medal for his meritorious performance in F.C.A.
