Mr. Mohit Satyanand, MA (Economics) serves as Management Advisor at Delhi Flour Mills. An investment analyst, Mr. Satyanand is Consulting Editor to Outlook Money, the personal finance publication of the Outlook group. Mr. Satyanand is a Management Consultant with an Economics background.

 

He started his career in sales & marketing management at Hindustan Lever Ltd. and then set up the India's first successful packaged snack food brand, Crax, in 1984. Since 1989, he played an advisory role in the success of snack food brand, 'Uncle Chipps'. Simultaneously, he spearheaded the establishment of one of the India's first TV production house, Teamwork Films, which was a pioneer in game shows.

 

He helped establish Amrit Learning, which provides quality English language learning through its five centers in Delhi. He has rich experience in the sales and marketing of consumer goods and an extensive knowledge of the snack food market in particular.

 

He has 30 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience in Indian industry and media. He is deeply concerned with economic policy issues in India. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Liberty Institute. He serves as the Chairman of Teamwork Films.

 

He has been an Independent Director of DFM Foods since January 29, 2000. He has been an Independent Non Executive Director at Amrit Corp. Ltd. since July 24, 2007. He serves as Director of Amrit Learning Ltd. He serves as director of Amrit Banaspati Company Limited.

 

Mr. Satyanand served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Amrit Banaspati Company Limited since July 24, 2007. He served as Director of ABC Paper Limited from February 26, 2009 to July 16, 2010. Mr. Satyanand holds an MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
