Mr Arun Churiwal

Non-executive Director

Mr Arun Churiwal was appointed as a Non-executive Director on the Board of La Opala RG Limited effective 26th June, 2004. He has over 40 years of experience in the segments of textiles and agro products. He is currently the Managing Director of M/s RSWM Limited and Chairman & Managing Director of M/s BSL Limited, a part of M/s LNJ Bhilwara Group.

He has held many important positions of honour in many organistions, such as President of Merchants' Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata, Chairman of Indian Woolen Mills Federation, Mumbai and President of Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Mr. Arun Kumar Churiwal serves as the Executive Chairman and Managing Director of BSL Limited. Mr. Churiwal has been the Managing Director at RSWM Limited since March 17, 2009 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is an industrialist with rich experience in textiles.

He has in-depth working experience. He has been an Executive Director at RSWM Limited since October 23, 2003 and has been Independent Non-Executive Director at La-Opala RG Limited since June 26, 2004.

He serves as a Director at Bhilwara Processors Ltd., BSL Wulfing Ltd., LNJ Financial Services Ltd., Churiwal Properties & Investments Pvt Ltd., PRC Niyojan Pvt. Ltd. He served as a Director of Silktex Ltd. from October 22, 1994 to February 14, 2012.

He serves as a Governing Council Member at LNJ Bhilwara Anusandhan Vikas Kendra and Managing Committee Member of Merchants' Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Churiwal is a Honours Graduate in Political Science at Calcutta University.
