Mr. Dutt is the Executive Managing Director - South Asia for Cushman & Wakefield. Cushman & Wakefield is amongst the top three Global real-estate consulting firm.
He is responsible for overall business in India and its interest in South Asia. He has a wide experience of over 23 years as an entrepreneur and services sector professional along with over 17 years of experience as a real-estate professional.
He has worked with top three Global Real-estate Consulting firms namely CBRE, Jones Lang Lasalle and Cushman & Wakefield. He has excelled in creating & enhancing value for clients through his rich experience, skills, transparency & integrity.
He has been a pioneer in launching and establishing Advisory & Transaction services platform across his real-estate career of which most noticeable has been Business Advisory Services and transaction advisory services for Land, Industrial & Capital Markets.
Mr. Sanjay Dutt has been Executive Managing Director at South Asia for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc since June 2012. Mr. Dutt is responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield's India operations along with spearheading the growth strategy for other South Asian markets including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal.
He also plays important role in increasing Cushman & Wakefield's market share in India and is responsible for assessing expansion opportunities in other emerging markets. He has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Professional and Entrepreneur. Earlier, he worked with companies like CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle India.
Mr. Dutt has been a Non-Executive Independent Director at Sunteck Realty Limited since May 30, 2012. He is a part of Cushman & Wakefield's regional Executive Leadership Council.
Sanjay holds the responsibility of leading our India operations along with spearheading the growth strategy for other South Asian markets, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan.
Sanjay is involved in identifying & implementing new opportunities, improve organization’s efficiencies and strengthening C&W’s presence across verticals and markets. He is also responsible for assessing expansion opportunities in other emerging markets, thereby enabling integrated services and a larger scope of delivery to clients.
Sanjay Dutt, with over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional and entrepreneur, is a well respected business leader in the Indian market and has held management positions at various firms including CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle.
He was and is a key member of our India growth story and has been involved in some of our most innovative and high profile assignments. His experience in Transaction Advisory encompasses Land Acquisitions/Dispositions & JV’s and JD’s, Office, Retail, Residential services besides and Acquisition & Disposition of Income Generating Assets.
