Mr. Phiroz Adi Vandrevala is Independent Non-Executive Director at Punj Lloyd Ltd.and Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Diligenta Ltd.Independent Non-Executive Director at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., . He is on the Board of Directors at Diligenta Ltd., Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., The Indo-British Partnership Network, Punj Lloyd Ltd., Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., and The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.Mr. Vandrevala was previously employed as Chairman & Executive Council Member by National Association of Software & Services Cos.

Mr. Phiroz Adi Vandrevala, B.Com, ACA, has been the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Diligenta Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services Limited since May 13, 2011. Mr. Vandrevala served as Head of Global Corporate Affairs of Tata Consultancy Services Limited. He had been responsible for overseeing Communication, Administration, Infrastructure Development and Corporate Governance of Tata Consultancy Services. He is also a Member of the core Strategy Group at TCS and actively involved in Public Affairs and Business Development aspects of the business. He has worked for TCS for 25 years and today has global responsibility for Public Relations and Communications, Administration, Infrastructure, Legal and Corporate Governance as well as Business Development and Long Term Strategy. His corporate responsibilities includes relating to Occupational Health & Safety. He served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He served at consumer goods giant ITC Ltd for three years before joining TCS in 1982. In 1989, he left ITC to set up Tandem Corporation's operations in India before rejoining TCS in 1992.

He plays a significant role in the policy-making process for industry and the software sector in his various capacities as a Member of the Executive Council of NASSCOM and as a Member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry, the apex industry body in the country. He is also a part of various large IT initiatives of the government of India. Mr. Vandrevala served as Chairman of India's apex industry body for IT, Nasscom. He served as Chairman of Diligenta Limited. He has been an Independent Director of Jubilant Foodworks Limited since May 10, 2010. He has been a Non-Independent & Non-Executive Director of Tata Consultancy Services Limited since May 13, 2011. He has been an Independent Director at Punj Lloyd Ltd. since March 12, 2010 and in the same position from September 29, 2008 to January 1, 2010.
