Ahmad Sabih Kidwai, Director HR at Schneider Electric. He has demonstrated excellence in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Employee Relations and Compensation Management and continues to drive the organization's business objectives through effective HR management. His expertise in developing programs and initiatives for Leadership development and talent Management have earned him accolades both within his own company and outside.

In his current capacity he is responsible for leading HR for Schneider Electric Infrastructure, Industry, Automation Field & Consulting services.

Sabih has a very interesting academic background with Bachelors in Physics and Masters in Human Resources Management with distinction in Financial Management, from Jamia Millia Islamia. As he chose to side with his latter degree, Sabih had his corporate career took off with Thomson Press, Denso, Avery Dennison and Rockwell Automation as his last assignment, where he was associated in the capacity of Head HR & OD (India). Sabih joined Schneider Electric as Director HR in October 2012.
