Sandeep is as Country Sales Director and a Member of the Management Committee of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited. He is responsible for managing Sales Teams across India. driving & implementing strategic growth objectives for India Region including Nepal and Bhutan , enhancing leadership status across various customers segments , managing P&L for Products and solutions for Energy Business , Develop strategic Key Account , launch of new product and solutions including SMART grid initiatives.

He Graduated in BE: Electronics & Telecommunications ( Hons) from Regional Engineering college Jabalpur in 1990. He had completed his Executive Management from Harvard Business School, Strategic Leadership from ISB Hyderabad, Fast track business management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore & Advanced data Analysis for Marketing decisions from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Also he has undergone coaching for High Performance leadership & Leadership Excellence in India and abroad.

Sandeep has joined as Graduate Trainee Automation Business in 1991 with English Electric and has been a part of organization for last 23 years thru 4 transitions. During his last 23 years has worked extensively in various roles at Country & Regional level managing Sales & Marketing , Key Accounts for Transmission & Distribution business in India. Was instrumental as Country Delegate (International Division) in establishing leadership for global solutions in the field of GIS , GCB and HVDC in India . Has also been a key member in leading Sales Work stream for Carve out and integration during the various transitions of the organization.

He has strong Domain experience in Power Transmission & Distribution sector in critical segments namely Utility, Oil & Gas, Industry & Transportation, Leadership, Transformation & Change Management, Strategic Management, Channel Management, and Key Account Management for Global and National Accounts.
