Mr. Shailesh Gupta (45 years) is a Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. Mr. Gupta has more than 25 years of experience in the print media industry. He is Chairman of Council of Audit Bureau of Circulations, member of The Indian Newspaper Society and heads our advertisement and marketing department. Mr. Gupta is also a director of Midday Infomedia Limited, Suvi Info Management (Indore) Private Limited, Rave Real Estate Private Limited, Rave@Moti Entertainment Private Limited, Spectrum Holdings Private Limited, Crystal Sound and Music Private Limited, Vibrant Sound and Music Private Limited, MMI Online Limited and Naidunia Media Limited. Mr. Gupta has been a director of our Company since 1994 and is a nominee of our Promoters.
