Mr. Ashok Kumar Minda serves as the Chairman of the Board and Group Chief Executive Officer of Ashok Minda Group. Mr. Minda serves as Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer at Minda Corporation Limited. Mr. Minda served as Managing Director of Minda Corporation Limited (Formerly, Minda Huf Limited) until March 31, 2007. Mr. Minda served as Managing Director of Ashok Minda Group. He has been the Chairman of Minda Corporation Limited since March 2007 and serves as its Director. He served as Director of Minda Industries Ltd from December 12, 1996 to April 14, 2011.

Over 30 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, Holding the position of Chairman & Group CEO in the Company and is a Member of various Committees of the Company's Board

The Group under the leadership of Mr. Minda comprises of various companies in India as well as abroad and broke new frontiers by joining hands with world renowned companies of USA, Germany, Japan, France etc.
