Mrs. Pratibha K. Advani has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Communications Limited since May 08, 2015. Mrs. Advani served as the Chief Financial Officer of NIIT Technologies Limited from August 16, 2010 to May 07, 2015. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Mrs. Advani was with NIIT Technologies as Finance, Secretarial, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Secretarial & Investor Relations function for the group spanning across 24 subsidiaries and branches across the globe. At NIIT, she was instrumental in driving global expansion and enhancing the market capitalization. She served as a Compliance Officer of NIIT from December 31, 2010 to January 17, 2011. She has over 25 years of rich industry experience. She served as Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Shared Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC. She has also worked in several roles across ITC Ltd, General Electric, Dawnay Day Group & Barclays Shared Services. She is a Chartered Accountant.
