Mr. Vasistha C. Patel serves as Managing Director and Executive Director of Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Limited. Mr. Patel has been an Executive Director of Sadbhav Engineering, Ltd since September 29, 2012 and served as its Director since August 20, 2012 and served as its Executive Director until March 31, 2008.

Mr. Patel serves as a Director of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited; Maharashtra Border Check Post Net work Limited; Hyderabad-Yadgiri Tollway Private Limited; Rohtak-Panipat Tollway Private Limited; Bijapur-Hungund Tollway Private Limited; Dhule Palesner Tollway Limited; Shreenathji-Udaipur Tollway Private Limited; Solapur-Bijapur Tollway Private Limited; Rohtak-Hissar Tollway Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Patel was in-charge of the technical and civil engineering aspects of the projects undertaken. He joined Sadbhav Engineering in 2001. He had additional charge over the project on Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Gagodhar-Radhanpur Section of NH-15, Gujarat. Mr. Patel holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad.
