Mr. Subir Purkayastha has been Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Whole Time Director at GAIL (India) Limited since May 1, 2015 and also serves as its Executive Director of Marketing. Mr. Purkayastha holds the position of Director of GAIL Gas (USA) Inc., Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt. Ltd., (RGPPL) and TAPI Pipeline Company Limited. He joined GAIL in 1985 as a Finance officer and rose to the position of Director. He has been a Director of Petronet LNG Ltd., since December 1, 2015. He served as a Director of Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited.
