Mr. V Seshadri is an alumnus of the famed Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and is a prominent member of the respective Institutes in these disciplines. With considerable experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions and legal and corporate finance,
Mr. Seshadri honed his skills at the J.K. Singhania Group, RPG, Max India, Chambal Fertilisers and DCM Shriram before joining Zuari as Chief General Manager, Finance, in October 2010. His able handling of M&A activities of the Company
and successful negotiation of several key acquisitions and divestments earned him quick recognition and he was promoted to his present position in August 2012. An afficionado of Indian classical music, Mr. Seshadri is an avid reader and a sports buff.
