Mr. V. P. Mahendra served as the Managing Director of VST Tillers Tractors Limited from 1989 to August 17, 2015, and served its Chief Executive Officer until August 17, 2015. Mr. Mahendra has been Vice Chairman of VST Tillers Tractors Limited since February 20, 2014. He has been a Non-Executive-Independent Director of Kirloskar Electric Company Limited since June 25, 2007. He serves as a Director at VST Tillers Tractors Limited. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., from October 1994 to July 28, 2011. He has undergone AOTS sponsored programmes on "Executive Programme on Corporate Management" and "Top Management Seminar on Japanese Business" at Tokyo and Osaka. Mr. Mahendra is a Graduate in Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Bangalore.
