Mr. Paul Ranjan has been Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Cochin Shipyard Limited since May 01, 2014. Mr. Ranjan is in charge of the information systems department that implemented the SAP ERP in Cochin Shipyard Company. He served as Chief General Manager of Finance - I and General Manager of Finance - I at Cochin Shipyard Limited and also served as its Deputy General Manager of Finance. He had joined Cochin Shipyard Limited as an executive trainee in December 17, 1984 and served as its Chief General Manager of Finance.

He has approximately 32 years of work experience with Cochin Shipyard Limited wherein his responsibilities included financial management, strategic planning, risk management, forex management, budgeting and cost control. He serves as Director of Cochin Shipyard Limited. He is a chartered accountant and has completed a post qualification course in information systems audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a degree of bachelor of commerce from Madurai Kamraj University.
