Mr. Krishnagopal Ladsaria

Krishnagopal Ladsaria is a qualified Chartered accountant and a finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of financial operations including public reporting, investor relations, treasury and banking, etc. Over the course of his career spanning two decades, Mr. Ladsaria was involved with organisations including A.F.Ferguson, India Rayon and Industries Ltd (now Aditya Birla Nuvo), Grasim industries Ltd and Hindalco handling audit and corporate finance.

Mr. Ladsaria also has a diversified experience of having been part of special teams that overlooked key activities of restructuring. During his tenure with Indian Rayon, he was part of the team that operationalised the demerger of Cement Business to Grasim. At Grasim, he handled the acquisition of cement business of L&T. He was also actively involved during Hindalco’s acquisition of Novelis Inc besides playing an active part in fund raising initiatives for large Greenfield projects.
