Mr. Kamal K. Singh, BE serves as Chief Executive Officer of Rolta India Limited. Mr. Singh served as Managing Director of Rolta India Limited since September 1, 2004. Mr. Singh is a Promoter and Founder of Rolta India Ltd. Mr. Singh serves as a Partner of Aditya Investment and Finance Corporation and Managing Partner in Singh Investments and Finance Corporation.

Mr. Singh serves as an Honorary Consul-General of Ukraine in Mumbai for the territory of certain Indian States. Mr. Singh serves as a Managing Member in Rolta Investment Trust. Mr. Singh is recognized as a pioneer in the CAD/CAM/GIS field in India. Mr. Singh served as the Senior Vice President-Commercial Services at NIIT Ltd. He served as the Commandant of Air Force Technical College of Indian Air Force. He has extensive and very rich experience of over 30 years in all aspects of corporate management including finance, technology and international business.

Mr. Singh has been the Chairman of Rolta India Limited since July 1, 2007 and serves as its Whole time Director. Mr. Singh serves as Chairman of Rolta Foundation and Singh Family Foundation. He serves as a Member of Management Committeeat Rolta, LLC. Mr. Singh's other directorships include Rolta International Inc. (USA), Rolta Saudi Arabia Ltd, Rolta Benelux BV, Rolta Deutschland GmbH, Rolta Middle East FZ-LLC, Rolta UK Limited, Rolta Canada Limited, Rolta Asia Pacific Pty Limited, Rolta Limited, Rolta Resources Private Limited, Rolta Properties Private Limited, Rolta Power Private Limited, Rolta Infrastructure & Technology Services Limited, Rolta Infotech Ltd (Hong Kong), Rolta Shares & Stocks Private Limited, Rolta Holding & Finance Corporation Limited, Rolta Thales Limited and Kkarma Holding Private Ltd.

He serves as a Member of Board of Governors of IIT, Indore. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of NITIE. He served as a Director at Rolta India Ltd. since 1982. He serves as the President of the "Association of Geospatial Industries". He served on the Board of Punjab National Bank.

He received numerous industry honours like the "The Best IT Man of the Year 2005" award by the Foundation of Indian Industry & Economists, the "Oceantex 2006 Leadership & Excellence" award for Technology Service Provider, the "Amity Leadership 2007". Mr. Singh holds Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and an MBA.
