Mr. Praveen Kumar
Chief Financial Officer
Praveen Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer at OnMobile and heads the company’s global finance function spanning 59 countries. Prior to this role, Praveen was Vice President, Finance at OnMobile. He has been with the company since 2006 and was part of the core team that worked towards the company’s IPO.
With over 14 years of experience, his areas of expertise and responsibility include financial accounting and reporting, revenue assurance, systems implementation, partnering with business on strategic initiatives, treasury management, taxation and investor relations.
Prior to joining OnMobile, Praveen has worked with Hewlett Packard, MetLife India, GE Capital and A F Ferguson in different capacities. Praveen is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
